This decree results in a mandatory declaration on 1 September 2019 for companies with more than 250 employees and on 1 March 2020 for companies with more than 50 employees.

In order to accompany you in this process, a new version, the Sage 100Cloud v2 as well as a new state BI reporting, have been created.

The payroll makes available all the settings relating to the Gender Equality Act (promotions, individual increases, maternity leave returns …) as well as a summary statement of the data.
These data, then used by Sage BI Reporting, allow the calculation of gender equality indicators.
